When checking out, either leave the key in the cabin and exit with the gate code 9876#. The keypad is located on the right hand side flowerbed just before the gate.

Alternatively, exit with the remote and then deposit the key and remote in the grey postbox attached to the pillar outside the gate ( on your right hand side )
